Beauty and the Bullet – Women’s Pistol Practice

It’s Easy and Fun

Join us as we take over the Boulder Rifle Club's 50 yd. outdoor range on the 2nd Thursday of every month. Grab that gear bag (eye and ear protection required) with those pistols and come shoot with us, we would love to see you. There is something for everyone and every skill level! Bring your girlfriend, daughter, granddaughter, or niece and your gear, and we’ll see you at the range. If you do not have a pistol of your own please contact us.

Format

The women’s practice is a dedicated time for women to build their pistol shooting skills on the indoor range at the Boulder Rifle Club. There will be targets set up, and female program directors there to assist with any pointers or other educational feedback. Since this is a program for women designed by women – your feedback is always important as we continue to design the program to fit your needs! You will need to bring your pistol, ammunition, hearing and eye protection, and any other equipment needed to safely shoot your pistol. While this practice is not designed to be a holstered practice, holsters will be allowed on a case-by-case basis depending on the experience of the shooter.

General Information

Practice starts at 6:00 p.m. and generally ends around 7:30 p.m. You do not have to stay for the entire session. You are welcome to come in and talk to us and observe for no charge if you just want to get the feel of our practice sessions, but please bring your eye and ear protection. You can visit our calendar to see all scheduled dates and times.

Cost

Cost is $10 cash or check made out to Boulder Rifle Club.
